Rochester man charged with felony DWI in Canandaigua | Crime

A 27-year-old Rochester man is facing several charges after an accident in a parking lot on Lafayette Street in Canandaigua.

Police tell News10NBC witnesses saw Jesse Beyea hit a parked vehicle and drive recklessly in the parking lot.

Beyea was charged with felony DWI, felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, aggravated operation of a motor vehicle with a BAC of .18% or higher and unsafe backing.

Beyea was remanded to the Ontario County Jail without bail.
