Colorado man charged with DWI in Canandaigua | Crime
A 29-year-old Colorado man is facing charges following a traffic stop in Canandaigua.
Police say they stopped Daniel Clement for speeding on North Main Street. He was subsequently charged with DWI, failing to yield to an emergency vehicle and obstructing governmental administration after police say he refused to be fingerprinted.
Clement was remanded to the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment.
