Meet the Canandaigua city, county candidates

City residents are invited to meet and talk with the Democratic candidates for Canandaigua City Council and the Ontario County Board of Supervisors at several upcoming free events.

The first is from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, at the home of Dr. Eric and Anne Beyer, 162 Thad Chapin St.

Others are:

Monday, Oct, 17, from 5 to 6:30 p.m., home of Sarah Hamlin, 178 Spencer Lane;

Sunday, Oct. 24, 6:30 to 8 p.m.,home of Jim and Christine McGory, 113 West Gibson St.;

Saturday, Oct. 29, 9 to 10:30 a.m., office of David Whitcomb, 41 Niagara St.; and

Wednesday, Nov. 2, 5 to 6:30 p.m., home of Peter and Peggy Kane, 165 Carousel Lane.

All seats on City Council and the two city supervisor positions are on the ballot.

Candidates appearing on Rows A and F are: Ellen Polimeni, mayor; Jim Terwilliger, Meg Reston, Bill Taylor, Maria Bucci, at large; David Whitcomb, Ward 1 representative; Jim Irwin, Ward 2 representative; Karen White, Ward 3 representative; David Baker, city supervisor, Wards 1 and 4; Skip Buck, city supervisor, Wards 2 and 3.
